Hana Zen Yakitori & Sushi Bar
Today, Hana Zen is proud to preserve the tradition of Yakitori cuisine. Our charcoal is imported from Kishuu, Japan, and burns at over 500 degrees for at least six hours at a time. This charcoal gives our food a very distinct and consistent flavor. Our grill also comes from Japan and weighs over 450 pounds in order to withstand high temperatures. All Yakitori items are skewered on wooden sticks and lightly seasoned with rock salt. We use only naturally grown, free-range chicken, the highest quality meat, fresh seafood and vegetables which are delivered daily. The pepper and seasonings on your table make perfect condiments to your meal.
